By using LevelPilot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. LevelPilot is run by Sharad Marathe in India.

1. Educational research only

LevelPilot shows price-based research: support and resistance levels, a Bull/Bear strength score, indicators and AI-written explanations. It is for education only. It is not investment advice and never a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. LevelPilot is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, does not execute trades and does not hold client money.

The Bull/Bear % is a strength score of the current chart, not a probability of profit. Markets carry risk, and you can lose money. You are fully responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Talk to a SEBI-registered adviser before you invest.

2. Data and accuracy

Prices may be delayed and may contain errors. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. We do not promise that any level, score or answer is accurate, complete or up to date, and the service may be unavailable at times.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You must be at least 18. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

4. Fair use

• Free accounts get a limited number of questions per day. Limits may change.
• Do not scrape, overload or attack the service, get around the limits, or resell our content.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Our content

The LevelPilot name, indicator, website design and text belong to Sharad Marathe. You may use them for your own personal research only.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of LevelPilot.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.

8. Law and contact
