Privacy Policy

LevelPilot ("we", "us") is a market research website for Indian traders, run by Sharad Marathe in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your Google account basics when you sign in: name, email address, profile picture link and Google account ID.
• Your watchlist: the stock symbols you save.
• Question counts: how many questions you asked each day, so we can apply the free limit.
• Your questions: the text you type in Ask is sent to our AI provider to write the answer. We do not keep a history of your questions today; if we start to, we will update this policy first.
• Technical data: your IP address (used to limit free questions for visitors who are not signed in, and in short-lived server logs) and basic browser information.
• Browser storage: your sign-in session, language and chart timeframe are saved in your own browser. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Why we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account and watchlist working.
• To answer your questions and apply fair daily limits.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: sign-in and database (watchlists, question counts).
• Google: "Continue with Google" sign-in.
• Anthropic: the AI model that writes answers from the market data we send with your question.
• Vercel and Render: hosting for the website and the research server.

These providers may store data outside India. They only process it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Account details and your watchlist are kept while your account is active. Daily question counts are kept for up to 90 days. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account and watchlist within 30 days; any remaining daily counts are deleted automatically within 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent by deleting your account. Email marathe195@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We reply within 30 days. This address is also our contact for grievances.

Children

LevelPilot is meant for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and for important changes we will tell signed-in users on the site.
